2. Representation & Agency
Authorized Proxy: By engaging Your Sayyah for specific tasks (e.g., interacting with tenants or government offices), the Client appoints Your Sayyah as their authorized proxy for the duration and scope of that specific assignment.
Legal Standing: Your Sayyah provides administrative representation. We are not a law firm, licensed security agency, or medical provider. Our role is to coordinate and facilitate services with third-party professionals as directed by the Client.
3. Performance of Duties
Field Execution: Services are carried out by our designated field representatives. Our staff focuses on mobility, transit, and on-site oversight.
Right of Refusal: Your Sayyah reserves the right to refuse any task that is deemed illegal, unethical, or presents an unreasonable safety risk to our staff.
Video Verification: As part of our "Trust Protocol," we provide high-definition video or photographic evidence of task completion. The Client acknowledges that this constitutes primary proof of service delivery.
4. Client Obligations
Accuracy of Information: The Client must provide accurate details regarding property locations, family contact information, and legal requirements.
Legal Authorization: For tasks requiring official representation (e.g., FBR or NADRA support), the Client may be required to provide a valid Power of Attorney (POA) or specific written authorization.
5. Financial Terms
Service Fees: Fees are agreed upon prior to the commencement of any task.
Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred during a task (e.g., utility bills, repair materials, government fees) are the responsibility of the Client and must be reimbursed or funded in advance.
RDA Integration: We encourage the use of Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) for transparent financial handling.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Your Sayyah maintains strict confidentiality regarding the Client’s identity, assets, and family matters. Data collected via our platform is used solely for service execution as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Third-Party Actions: Your Sayyah is not liable for the actions, delays, or failures of third-party entities, including but not limited to government departments, utility companies, or independent contractors.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, civil unrest, or natural disasters within the operating region.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
